In early 2023, I was tasked with making an infographic poster covering ways people could reduce or prevent environmental waste. This was to be done without using words, numbers, or arrows and presented as a series of steps. I opted to address various methods of reducing an individual's digital footprint. We all leave a trace of digital footprints regardless of what websites we visit and what we do there. Environmentally, data centers consume massive amounts of electricity, storing countless amounts of user data. This is an issue that we often take for granted.
